This car is a running and driving project, with a lot of work already done. The owner lost interest and is looking to sell. It was painted years ago in Sunburst Yellow and Snowberry white. The paint is driver quality with some imperfections as well as some small scuffs and chips from storage. At that time a brand new wiring harness was installed. The car came to us after sitting for several years, and we just completed over $14,ooo in work to get it to this point. The brakes were completely overhauled; the clutch was replaced along with all the clutch hydraulics; the rear axle was serviced and resealed; the cooling system was flushed and all new hoses, water pump and thermostat installed; the fuel system was gone through and a brand new Weber carburetor installed; the transmission was serviced and new mounts installed; the engine was serviced including an oil change, valve adjustment and brand new distributor; a brand new windshield and good used rear window were installed with new seals and polished trim; a brand new battery and 4 new tires were just installed; plus much more.
The car still needs interior, bumpers, grille and trim and other odds and ends to be complete. The front suspension/steering has some very worn parts that should be addressed. There are some mechanical issues that still need attention. A full list can be provided for interested buyers, as well as receipts for work already done. The car is being sold as-is with many missing parts. Any additional parts can be purchased separately, and any additional work can be done sepeartely as well.
