We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please supply credit card number, expiration date, name and address of cardholder and daytime telephone number. Mail orders received with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check ship immediately, however orders received with a personal check or business check will be held for 5 days before shipping. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders accepted.


We make every effort to maintain our current prices, however prices and item availability are subject to change without notice. For orders delivered in California, sales tax will be added.


Returns are accepted for refund up to 60 days from date of invoice. Returns over 60 days will receive store credit. Copy of invoice must be enclosed with returned item(s). Phone 818-769-1515 for return authorization number. Restocking fee of 15% may apply unless item is defective or was sold or shipped in error. No returns on electrical, bearings, paint, upholstery items, printed material, collectibles and special orders.


We offer same day shipping Monday – Friday if ordered by 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

Orders within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Next Day Air, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select and/or Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders ship via U.S. Postal Service, with actual cost of air freight added to the regular shipping/handling charge.

International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Actual cost of air freight will be added to the regular shipping/handling charge. Payment must be made by credit card or Cashier’s Check in U.S. funds. Brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Some fragile, extra heavy or oversize items require special handling and packaging. These items carry an additional charge to help cover these costs. Items that are too heavy or oversize for UPS Ground will be shipped via truck with the actual cost added to our regular shipping/handling charge.

Due to rising shipping costs, a temporary fuel surcharge may be added to each shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us immediately. Keep original box and packing material until claim is settled.

Very small items may ship via US Postal Service for $5.00 shipping charge.
